ICT-AGRI-FOOD 2022 Call Opened!
-Within the scope of the relevant call, multinational, multidisciplinary research and innovation projects aiming to develop digital solutions for the transformation of European agri-food systems into sustainable, resilient, fair, and transparent systems will be supported.
-Within the scope of the projects to be submitted, the impacts of the proposed solutions throughout the food-value chain should also be considered; the examination of impacts for two or more stages along the food chain, including issues related to waste and losses, is requested. Transparency, food traceability, and authenticity, as well as economic planning, are very important factors and form the main theme of this call. The sustainability factor should also be addressed both environmentally and socially and economically.
-Thematic Areas Covered by the Call:
TOPIC 1: Agricultural food systems utilizing more transparent, interconnected digital technologies for farmers, consumers, and other stakeholders throughout the food-value chain
TOPIC 2: Identifying, addressing, and removing barriers to the adoption of ICT technologies in agricultural food systems
TOPIC 3: Development and impact estimation of data-driven reward and incentive systems to support sustainable and resilient agricultural food management practices
-The international consortium submitting the project must consist of three different partners funded from at least three different countries participating in the call.
